  • What is the life span of my furnace or boiler?

    Forced air furnaces last about 20 years. A boiler lasts approximately 30 years.


    If your existing heating system is more than 15 years old, we suggest you replace it with a new, more energy-efficient model. Annual savings on the newer, energy-efficient gas furnaces can be as high as 35% when compared to older units.

    We charge $95 for the first half and then if additional time is required it's $1 per minute.
